THE OPPORTUNITY

Our partner is an Australia-based affiliate marketing network that connects advertisers with publishers to enhance their online marketing efforts. It provides a platform where businesses can promote their products or services through affiliates, who earn commissions based on the sales or leads they generate. The platform offers advanced tracking technology, detailed reporting, and a variety of tools to optimize and manage affiliate campaigns. It aims to facilitate mutually beneficial relationships between advertisers seeking to expand their reach and publishers looking to monetize their content. The service supports various industries and markets, ensuring a wide range of opportunities for both parties involved.

You'll work closely with the marketing manager and a high-performing team, with a great work-life balance guaranteed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Craft engaging short-form videos for social media, email marketing, and events, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing goals.
• Develop visually compelling graphics and videos (including UGC and polished styles) to effectively communicate with potential customers.
• Design static social media posts to complement video content.
• Develop compelling visual concepts, designs, and prototypes.
• Leverage motion editing skills to enhance video content with dynamism and creativity.
• Ensure a cohesive and engaging visual experience across all multimedia projects.
• Seamlessly integrate stock images and photography to enhance video and graphic design projects.
• Partner with marketing and product marketing teams to amplify the brand across all marketing channels.
• Collaborate internally and externally to create brand-compliant assets of various sizes.
• Utilize existing templates to develop email campaigns, sales materials, and landing pages.
• Support global marketing teams with strategic events, from ideation to asset production.
• Work with global events marketing, engineering partners, and copywriters to shape the brand personality

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

• 2-3 years experience in communication/brand design (agency or in-house)
• Expertise in B2B design (sales collateral, emails, presentations, etc.)
• Proven video editing with a strong social media short-form content portfolio
• Proficient graphic designer with an eye for visually appealing content
• Motion video editing skills (After Effects/Keynote animation)
• Experience with stock images and photography integration
• Strong communication & teamwork skills
• Desire to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to brainstorm and execute ideas with team support
• HubSpot experience (a plus)
