How You Will Make An Impact In This Role

As a Project Manager in AGI Product at Trusting Social, you will have the overarching role and visibility to manage timeline, deliverables and quality assurance of one or more workstreams, under the leadership of a Director of Product. You will deliver impactful solutions in the financial sector in Vietnam and other Trusting Social markets. Responsibilities

• Build & maintain project plan to keep on track the delivery of new AI products combining the power of LLM technologies such as GPT-4 and Trusting Social’s strength in AI.
• Own the project plan and timeline, you are responsible for the successful delivery of responsible workstreams.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize risks to the timeline and quality of the products; and actively resolve them by bringing together required expertises and stakeholders
• Ensure that the product meets the highest standards of quality and performance in your workstream by planning for sufficient testing and quality assurance
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, data scientists, and engineers to ensure successful product delivery
• Deliver clear, concise and impactful project updates both in written form and verbally to ensure timely and high quality delivery

Requirements

Must have

• Ability to zoom in - analyzing a particular bottleneck, risk of delivery and solve them; and zoom out - maintaining a clear picture of the whole of the project, its critical path, and focus on resolving that critical path
• Are unstoppable in ensuring the project is delivered on time and to the right quality; do not compromise or accept excuses
• Mindful of feelings, emotions, needs and wants of customers, colleagues and yourself
• Exceptional problem-solving skills: think from first principles to validate facts & root causes behind delays; ask thoughtful questions, and resolve blockers to delivering the project
• Good analytical and abstraction skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into smaller parts and identify key issues
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to articulate project goals, impacts, progress, urgency with clarity
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Extreme ownership, ready to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to realize the vision
• Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, keeping commitment with multiple objectives, and work well under pressure
• Strong learning ability and self-motivation to acquire new knowledge

Prefer

• Experience with Banking & Financial software B2B products, especially AI solutions
