Job Description

As the Product Owner of Merchant Solutions, your primary responsibility is to maximize the value of ZaloPay’s commerce solutions for our merchants and users. You will handle product planning, execution, and operations throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that our solutions are not only aligned with the needs of our partners but also add significant value to their businesses

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and prioritize product requirements through collaboration with stakeholders during the concept development of a product.
• Prepare detailed product development tasks, including analysis, conceptualization, prototyping, wireframing, mockups, and specification writing for the development team
• Take the lead on projects while presenting, and negotiating with the Business team effectively to finalize the Product document.
• Work closely with the technical Squad and relevant stakeholders to break down business requirements into smaller deliverables, support team to manage product implementation and launch any feature or function of the product on-time and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Verify product quality; support UAT in testing.
• Research and analyze user behaviors from data analytics reports to improve the product.
• Coordinate with business partners to ensure necessary operational support

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in product development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in managing end-to-end product lifecycles is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy from concept to launch.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and SaaS is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
