JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Growth Leader who will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team focused on analyzing the customer journey, identifying gaps and areas for improvement, and providing strategic direction to enhance Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Monthly Active Users (MAU). This role requires a blend of analytical prowess, strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the Growth team, setting strategic goals and ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to customer behavior, market trends, and business performance.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Develop and maintain detailed maps of the customer journey, identifying key touchpoints and areas for improvement.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against these metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive strategies and implementations.
  • Market Research: Guide the team in conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Gap Identification: Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations to improve the customer experience.
  • Reporting: Regularly present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to test new ideas, iterate, and innovate.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a growth, strategy, or analytical role, preferably within a SaaS company.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
  • Market Insight: Deep understanding of market research methods and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
  • Business Acumen: Solid understanding of business processes, customer journey mapping, and performance tracking.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data and insights clearly.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) is a plus.
  • Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM systems.
