Talent Discovery is a passive sourcing tool for talent acquisition teams. You get access to a verified, curated pool of Vietnamese software engineers and tech professionals who have opted in to be discoverable.

• Profiles are anonymized until an invitation is accepted — protecting candidate privacy.
• Filter by level (Junior, Mid, Senior, Lead), specialization, and main technologies.
• Only active profiles — talents set an availability date when they are open to opportunities.

2. Who are the talents?

• Vietnamese software engineers and tech professionals actively seeking new opportunities.
• Profiles are curated — each talent has a verified level, specialization, and technology stack.
• Candidates have their CVs on file, shared with you once they accept your invitation.

3. How does it work?
