Our partner is a top Australia-based leading in provide competitive financial services to customers with comprehensive range of financial products and services  . Their platform design is led by an experienced team with deep expertise across both the conveyancing and financial services industries

Their Business Services Delivery department is actively focused on building web. Currently, they are looking for a Financial Business Analyst to join the team to create modern digital software products. The team uses cutting-edge technologies to build high performing, scalable cloud-based solutions in a safe, secure, and agile fashion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gain an understanding of how our Finance Management Systems and supporting systems operate
• Liaise with FIS Asset Finance CX team, relationship manager and PS consultants to assist with support and projects.
• Working with external developers in creating, modifying and maintaining reporting. We use both Crystal Reporting and PowerBI Reporting. Desirable is candidate is proficient in creating/modifying reports directly (including SQL experience).
• Understanding of impacts configuration within FIS Asset Finance can have within the system, GL and reporting.
• Maintain Chart of Accounts within FIS Asset Finance and current GL NetSuite, including assisting accounting team if any issues occur.
• Understand all components of FIS Asset Finance to set foundation knowledge

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

• At least 5+ years of experience in System Analyst/Business Analyst in Financial/Accounting firms
• Nice to have if you experience in any FIS software
• Nice to have if you already worked with PowerBI Reporting/SQL in previous projects
• Experience in reporting and creating reporting.
• Deep understading of Client Services functions/Credit functions/Collections functions (assest finance, balance sheet,...)\
• Experience in contract set-up, documentation, purchase invoices, workflow.
• Handling on arrears processing, updates, restructures, reporting etc
