Project Coordinator - Contract

Coordinator to support our project management and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support multiple projects by managing schedules, timelines, and deliverables across teams and stakeholders.

• Track project tasks, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines to ensure timely execution.

• Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting notes, and presentations with strong attention to detail.

• Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.

• Assist project managers in planning, prioritization, risk tracking, and issue resolution.

• Organize and schedule project meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up on action items.

• Monitor project progress and escalate risks or delays as needed.

• Handle project-related information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, or similar role.

• Fluent English proficiency (speaking, listening, writing, and reading) is mandatory.

• Experience or exposure to IT Project Coordination (e.g., software development, system implementation, or technology-driven projects) is a strong plus.

• Fundamental IT and technical understanding are a plus.

• Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, task management/project tools and communication platform.

Full-Time Working Hours & Engagement Terms:

• The contractor may manage their own working hours when delivering agreed
  services.

• The total accumulated working hours should be 8 hours per day, as tracked by the company’s Time Tracking application.

• 4 hours per day must be fixed and aligned with U.S. (PST) business hours for real-time communication and support.

• 4 hours per day may be flexible, depending on daily workload and coordination
  needs.

• Specific time windows will be mutually agreed upon between the contractor and
  the company.

• While the company may set project deadlines or delivery milestones, the contractor retains discretion over the manner and timing of performance, within the agreed working windows.

Contractor Status:

• This is an independent contractor position, not an employment relationship.

• The contractor is not entitled to employee benefits, including paid leave, medical leave, public holidays, overtime pay, bonuses, or retirement benefits.

• Any planned absence that may affect service delivery must be notified in
  advance and approved in writing by the company.

• Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as creating an employer-employee,
  partnership, or agency relationship.

Note: 4 hours fixed U.S. (PST) business hours mean you have to work 4 hours in the range 11 PM - 7 AM in Vietnam time. Specific time will be discussed during the interview.
