UI/UX Designer – Financial Platform

About the role

CoderPush is looking for a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive experiences for complex, data-driven products. You'll design financial platforms, dashboards, and enterprise applications where usability, consistency, and clarity are critical.

Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, you'll own design decisions from discovery to delivery, helping transform complex requirements into scalable, user-centered experiences.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end user experiences for web, mobile, and desktop applications.

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.

• Own and evolve the product design system to ensure consistency across platforms.

• Design data-rich interfaces such as dashboards, charts, tables, and operational workflows.

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, and QA throughout the product lifecycle.

• Present design solutions to clients, gather feedback, and drive design sign-off.

• Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Interaction Design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing web applications, SaaS products, enterprise platforms, or other complex digital products.

• Experience designing financial products or other data-heavy interfaces is highly preferred.

• Experience building and maintaining design systems.

• Proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain and defend design decisions.

• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

• Understand basic Security by Design and Privacy by Design principles when designing products that handle customer or sensitive data.

• Protect design assets (e.g., Figma files, prototypes, design systems) and comply with company policies for information classification, access control, and document sharing.

• Identify security and privacy considerations in user flows (e.g., authentication, authorization, OTP, sensitive data handling) and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure secure user experiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with fintech, trading platforms, analytics, or enterprise software.

• Familiarity with design tokens, accessibility, and frontend implementation constraints.

• Experience working directly with international clients or consulting teams.
