Mobile Developer

What we expect

The developer will be involved in all phases of the product development cycle including requirements analysis, project estimation, detailed design, software development, testing, and deployment.

Having a good mindset for development, scheduling, quality, self-study, and willingness to learn new technologies.

Job duties

• Perform development and testing features/bugs from backlog items.
• Respond quickly to handle incidents if they occur.
• Build and maintain the CI/CD.
• Involved in quality assurance with a good process, practices, and analysis tools.
• Involved in developing non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, security, reliability, maintainability).
• Assist leaders in defining a technical backlog.
• Involved in defining roadmap and risk management.
• Responsible for delivering results by their team and assisting teams in achieving them.
• Responsible for communicating effectively with counterparts, leaders, and team members.
• Responsible for providing their team with feedback on their work.
• Responsible for planning and conducting workshops on Flutter for OTSV developers.
• Assists in internal and external communications related to tech events.

Who we are looking for

• Have more than 2 years of experience in mobile native Android/iOS development and the Flutter framework.
• Strong knowledge about SOLID principles, design patterns, programming principles, REST APIs.
• Have experience applying MVVM, Clean Architecture for mobile development.
• Have experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• Familiarity with cloud messaging APIs, push notifications, app analytics, Crashlytics.
• Willing to learn new technology, another cross-platform mobile development.
• Have experience in coding (well-documented code that complies with good practices) and testing (Unit Test, Integration Test, User Acceptance Test, Automation Regression Test).
• Have knowledge of practices, tools, and technologies to build CI/CD.
• Have knowledge of technical grooming and good design practices as well as processes.
• Have knowledge of the process and good practices for quality assurance.
• Have knowledge and skills in applying predefined architecture standards (reference architectures or agreed architectures) under follow-up.
• Have knowledge of non-functional requirements and their practices for identification and collection.
• Have knowledge of tools to define roadmap and risk management. Have know-how and skills to map their team’s technical knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Familiar with working in an Agile environment.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong skill with AI tools such as Gemini and ChatGPT.
• Have good teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with front-end development (React, Vue) is a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of front-end GUI design and development.
