Business Analyst

YOUR NEW ROLE CODE LEAP

We are looking for a driven and structured Business Analyst to join our consulting team. You will work closely with clients across industries to make sense of how they operate today — and help them build smarter, leaner, and more effective ways of working tomorrow. You’ll be trusted to lead your work independently, owning the analysis and driving initiatives forward, while having experienced senior BAs available to align on strategy and approach.
A key current engagement is an on-site project with a manufacturing client, where you’ll be embedded in their operations several days a week — mapping how work actually flows, identifying what’s holding them back, and translating that into concrete improvements.

YOUR EXCITING TASKS

• Conduct on-site discovery at client locations — running interviews, workshops, and observations to understand how processes really work, including the unofficial workarounds that never make it into any manual
• Analyze and document existing processes with clarity and structure, then develop well-reasoned recommendations for how they should be redesigned
• Drive the full process improvement cycle: from initial requirements analysis and process mapping through to designing target processes and supporting their implementation
• Apply the right BA techniques for the right situation — knowing when to map, when to workshop, when to dig into data, and when to simply ask better questions
• Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and engineers to translate business needs into actionable requirements that teams can actually build on
• Identify digitalization and automation opportunities, prioritize them based on business impact, and help clients build a realistic roadmap
• Own your workstream independently — you manage your own time, structure your own approach, and proactively keep stakeholders informed and aligned
• Use AI tools smartly to sharpen your output and move faster, without letting them replace your own judgment and critical thinking

YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR PERSONALITY

• 3–4 years of experience in a Business Analyst, consultant, or similar role
• Strong command of core BA methods and the judgment to know which to apply — process mapping, stakeholder analysis, requirements workshops, gap analysis, and more
• A natural ability to bring structure to complex, messy, real-world situations
• Comfortable being the driving force on a project — you don’t wait to be told what to do next
• Collaborative and communicative; you build trust with clients on-site and work fluidly with designers, engineers, and product owners
• Proficient in both English and Vietnamese — you can conduct client sessions, write documentation, and present findings confidently in both languages
• Experienced with or genuinely eager to adopt AI tools to enhance your efficiency — while keeping your critical thinking sharp and your own voice in the work
• Calm under ambiguity, organized under pressure, and honest when something isn’t working
